Network The network which has been established is in effect a community of law firms, each one autonomous and independent, whose personnel have become colleagues in a wider sense across the entire membership of the Association working together to provide a Pan European and international service. Your legal link is quite straightforward and immediate in its operation. You let us know what legal advice or service you require in another jurisdiction, we introduce you and your business requirements to the member firm in the relevant country. That firm then deals directly with you in carrying out and completing your instructions. Member and international associate firms are geared to provide advice and services in relation to company and commercial law matters, property transactions (both commercial and domestic), and clients' personal and family matters, as well as mediation and arbitration of disputes and, where necessary, Court action in all of these areas. The Cost Our membership of the Association offers added value to our clients: no levy or commission over and above normal fees is payable for this network service. Personal Service A basic principle of the Association is the emphasis which member firms place on the provision of personal service to clients. Throughout Europe, and Beyond AIEL gives access to small and medium size firms in all commercially strategic geographical areas who will, where necessary, link to their colleagues in the European Union and across the Globe. |
