Poppek Law Firm was founded as a law firm specialising in commercial law by Reinhold Poppek in Düsseldorf in 1984.
From the outset, the Law Firm has offered its services to German small and medium-sized companies.
In keeping with the development of the European market, the Law Firm has increasingly also provided advice to European companies in Germany. With the onset of the globalisation of the German/European economy, the advisory activities of the Law Firm have expanded to companies from Russia, India and, in particular, in Asia. The Law Firm has supplemented its service offerings in China by means of its own consultancy company (POIC) in Shanghai.
Since 1991, the Law Firm has provided support to its clients in the rest of Europe through cooperation with law firm members of the “Association of Independent European Attorneys” (AIEL).
