| Ukraine, Russian Federation | | We are pleased to offer several schemes of calculating fees, which can be used either separately or in combination: remuneration on an hourly basis with or without agreed maximum fee; remuneration on per case basis; remuneration under agreement for legal services with fixed monthly fee that includes certain amount of time used by our lawyers; premium - in case when some or the most of remuneration payable depends on the final result. In this case payment of a fixed sum may be required at the outset to demonstrate the commitment of our client in the matter.
Additionally, unless otherwise specifically agreed, our expenses incurred on our clients' behalf are subject to reimbursement on presentation of our invoice in respect of such expenses.
